Warranty and goods return

For new products, there is a manufacturer's warranty *

For used products, there is a supplier's warranty for installation and testing:

• The warranty period for products in stock is 14 days from the date of order.
• The warranty period for products made to order is 10 days from the date of arrival at the Nova Poshta office.

The warranty period may vary depending on the type of supplier, please check before placing an order.

Returns are possible only if the part does not work due to the fault of the sender/seller. The product cannot be returned if it was damaged during installation by the buyer or during transportation by the courier service.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully visually inspect the product for damage upon receipt. If damage is detected, please inform the courier and arrange a return (return of goods) or contact us until the circumstances are clarified. Photo/video recording upon receipt and installation is required when arranging a return.
